1. What is the Ford First Responders Appreciation Program?

The First Responder Appreciation Program offers $500 Bonus Cash for active members of an eligible First Responder Association. The $500 is available toward the purchase or lease of an eligible new 2018/2019 Ford vehicle. The program does not allow for the $500 to be put towards a new Mustang Shelby GT350, Mustang Shelby GT350R, Mustang BULLITT, Focus RS, or F-150 Raptor.

Many first responders will qualify for the First Responders Appreciation Program. If you are a first responder and not on the list below, check back to see if you position has been added.

3. Where do I go to get my First Responders Appreciation Reward?

Go to ID.ME and create an account. Once you have your account, go over to your ID.ME wallet and select Responder ID. Follow the prompts to activate your wallet. Once your Responder ID is activated, head over to Ford Salutes Those Who Serve and fill out the required information.

4. What do I need to activate my Responder ID?

The documentation you need to get your responder ID depends on what type of first responder you are. Find your field below to see what documents you will need.

EMTs and Paramedics - Use your State EMT license/certification number or upload a document that illustrates your current EMT or Paramedic Status

Firefighters - Firefighters who are ProBoard Certified by the NFPA can use that certification to verify or they can upload a document that illustrates your current status as a Firefighter.

Law Enforcement - Law Enforcement Officers do not have a national database with their information, so the only option for verification is to upload a document that illustrates their affiliation as a Law Enforcement Officer.
